These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the domain www.mahlaclothing.com.
Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully before placing any orders.

Mahla Clothing reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.



All prices include Danish VAT 25%. Sales tax (VAT) is included in the price for customers within the EU. For international customers, customs duty or sales tax may occur, depending on your local customs duties. Please note that these charges are at your own expense. Shipping costs are notified before confirming the purchase as they are not included in the item price. We reserve the right to change the prices.



We accept with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, credit and debit cards.
Payments are processed via Stripe 

Payment via PayPal are accepted as well.


There’s no minimum order amount when shopping at Mahla Clothing webshop. All products listed in the webshop are available for a purchase. Some products are be made-by-order, and therefore have longer shipping time – this will be noted in the product description. In the case case of any miscalculation with our stock level, we will contact the customer immediately. In case we’re unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to replace or cancel your order. The online shop is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, but may be closed due to maintenance services. However, we try to perform such maintenance services during the night.

Orders will be processed only on business days. An order placed on a public holiday or during the weekend will be processed on the following business day. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase goods on the website and possess a valid credit card that is accepted by us. If you are under the age of 18, you must have a legal basis for entering into a contract with us.

We can only process your order if the delivery address is a residential address or a business address. We do not deliver to PO boxes. Kindly check that all the information submitted in the order is correct.



We are offering worldwide shipping – Please see specified pricing on the webshop under each product. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days after the order has been confirmed, excluding holidays and weekends.

We are shipping via PostNord, GLS, DHL and DAO, depending the size of the order and destination. All the orders are shipped with tracking. If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you.

We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.

Inside Danmark Delivery

within 2-4 working days from the day the order is placed.

Inside Scandinavia Delivery

within 2-7 working days from the day the order is placed.

Inside Europe Delivery

within 4-14 working days from the day the order is placed.

Worldwide Delivery

within 7-20 working days from the day the order is placed.

Please note

that these are estimated delivery times after. If you need Express Delivery, please contact us info@mahlaclothing.com after placing your order.

Please note

that the import charges will be on your responsibility. Such import charges may include, but not limit to: import duties, customs and local sales. Payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Please contact your local customs service for further information.



If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the possibility of returning the products to us.

You have fourteen (14) days from the date you received your order to return or exchange. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t exchange or offer you a refund.

For making a return, please send us a e-mail to info@mahlaclothing.com with following information;

  • Order number and date
  • Product name
  • Reason for the return

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    As a customer, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t take responsibility for packages lost in transit.

    Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. You will receive the refund to the same bank account your order was paid from. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.


    Following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items
  • Personalized items
  • Made-by-order items


    Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price. If you wish to exchange product, send a e-mail to info@mahlaclothing.com. Please mention your order number, and specify the exchange you wish (new color/size/style).

    Include the request in your return package as well. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t take responsibility for packages lost in transit.

    If you are exchanging an item due to a mistake made by Mahla Clothing or because of quality issues, we will cover the shipping costs. Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of the exchange processing. If you have any questions or concerns, please e-mail us.



    This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from Mahla Clothing webstore (the “Site”).

    When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site.     Additionally, by using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.
